2. The main reason for collecting a deposit is to cover potential repair costs if the vehicle is damaged during your rental period. Please be assured that if there are no issues, the deposit will be returned to you after your use.
3. That means the deposit amount is approximately 100,000 yen.
4. Deposit policies vary by individual vehicle owner (holder), so if you have any questions, please direct them to the holder.
5. Carstay generally prohibits the exchange of money outside of our platform. However, we permit direct transactions between guests and holders solely for the collection and refund of deposits.
6. Please be aware that because these transactions occur off-platform, Carstay cannot compensate for any damages related to the collection or refund of deposits.
7. To prevent issues, we recommend keeping a record of all communications regarding the deposit, such as in the chat.
8. If a holder proposes collecting a deposit, you should confirm the following:
   1. Purpose and amount of the deposit
   2. Payment method
   3. Conditions and timing of the refund
